The results above demonstrate that Kymdan mattresses either do not contain or only contain a very low quantity of harmful chemicals that are commonly found in other latex mattresses. Remarkably, Kymdan has completely eliminated Nitrosamine, a carcinogen that is commonly found in the production and manufacturing of rubber products.
Furthermore, the TiO2 index (less than ≤ 15 ppm) proves that Kymdan does not use TiO2 as a dyeing agent to whiten our mattresses and pillows so they still keep the natural color of natural latex.
TiO2 dust is a toxic occupational health hazard that can be found suspended in the air and causes cancer when inhaled (TiO2 is listed as one of the approximately 900 banned chemicals that cannot be present in products imported into the USA).
Made from natural latex, Kymdan mattress and pillow products are environmentally friendly. Under the conditions of the natural environment such as exposure to direct sunlight, heat, ozone, etc., Kymdan natural latex products can naturally deteriorate and decompose at the end of their service life (an average of 25 years for Kymdan mattresses). Therefore, they do not leave harmful by-products that can cause pollution and damage to the environment.
