Kymdan offers a 15-year full warranty for our latex mattresses.
Kymdan mattresses are covered under warranty in the following situations:
-If the mattress becomes indented, It does not spring back to its original state after use such as stepping, lying and sitting on after an extended period of time. You can jump on mattresses.
-The latex is burnt or breaks apart (aging).
Ageing latex mattresses has a sharp decrease in mechanical and physical properties (e.g. compressive strength, tensile strength, tear resistance, elasticity, ect.), which makes the mattress useless, which is often referred to as breakable and rotten mattresses (Mattress breaks when stood on).
Kymdan matttresses that are not covered under warranty in the following situations:
- Mattresses turn yellow (natural yellow of natural latex).
- Use and maintenance of mattress do not comply with Usage Requirements printed on the warranty card.
- The mattress is damaged due to intentional sabotage (unrighteous competition), including:
+ The mattress was exposed to direct sunlight (due to the nature of natural rubber; it will age under the effect of the ultravoilet rays in sunlight).
+ There are stinking substances and food plastered onto the mattress.
+ The mattress was impacted by an external force of over 200 kg/dm2 from any direction.
+ The mattress is dirtied
DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD, IF THE MATTRESS DETERIORATES CAUSING IT TO BECOME BRITTLE, HARD, STIFF, MELTED OR INELASTIC, PLEASE RETURN THE MATTRESS TO THE SELLER.
Please Note:
- Please show your warranty card when claiming warranty. If your warranty card was lost, Kymdan will still perform full warranty. In this case, the warranty period is determined by the encoded information inside the mattress.
Mattress's specifications will not change during warranty period (except for colors, visual appearance). In the next years, technical specifications may gradually degrade in a natural way. However, this slight degradation does not affect the usability of the product.
